Change management: Primary Care Digital Optimisation Programme
Provision of our change management services as a regional programme to over 120 NHS teams, across the whole of Devon.
The programme includes regional conferences, leadership coaching to support change capability and educational assets for all of the teams.
story so far
The first conference for Primary Care change leaders took place last month with more planned in the coming months. The conferences will be covering a range of issues that Primary care leaders have raised around optimisation of online consultation.
what next
A planned programme of group coaching sessions to enable leaders to be change capable drawing on the learning from the original DDA group of practices
