OUR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Our academia offer is led by A/Prof Cordet Smart, who is an Organisational Psychologist and also the Portfolio Director of Clinical Programmes at Exeter University, Psychology Department.
She manages numerous programmes and their directors, with her own research portfolio and specialism in research and leadership development.
The UXC team coaches are Doctoral level academics and coaches, with a portfolio of research grants exceeding £2.7m.
We currently coach numerous Professors and career academics.
